Did you pick a word to define your year this year? If your a fan of Ali Edwards then you most likely know what I'm talking about. But if you are not then you might just think we are crazy. lol If you haven't picked a word or would like to read more about it then I encourage you to read this post by Ali Edwards.
Then your first challenge this month for the BOM is to do a lo about your word. I picked Feed as my word this year. Feed my soul. Feed my heart. Feed my faith. Feed my body with healthy food and exercise. I have promised myself I would do a BOM for 10 years...NEVER HAPPENED! I'm so excited to be a part of this I will finally get my book done and hopefully help some others with ideas for their own book.

I'm a part of the Book of Me Team too and here is my layout. My word this year is good. And I wanted to focus on the good things that are in my life right now.
